At PickPariz, we are committed to getting your car accessories to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy provides detailed information about our order processing, shipping methods, costs, and procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK-based facility. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This includes picking, quality checking, and securely packing your items for transit.

Orders placed after 1 PM on a Friday or on a weekend will be processed on the following business day. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a standard shipping service for all orders to provide a balance of reliability and affordability.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 2–4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

We primarily use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail for our deliveries. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as adverse weather or courier network delays. 3. Shipping Costs

We aim to keep our shipping costs fair and transparent.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
  • Standard Flat Fee: For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Surcharges: Certain oversized or heavy items (e.g., large toolboxes) may incur an additional shipping surcharge. This will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

5. Shipping Locations

We ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Please be aware that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote areas may take slightly longer than the standard estimated time.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions. If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.

7. Incorrect Address Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. Please note that an additional shipping fee will be required to resend the order to the corrected address.

8. International Shipping

Currently, PickPariz only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the dispatch date, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@pickpariz.net.

  • For lost packages, we will launch an investigation with the courier to locate your parcel.
  • For damaged items, please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage (including the packaging). This will help us arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy. Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

10. Public Holidays

Our warehouse and our courier partners do not operate on UK public holidays. Please account for these days when estimating your delivery timeline.
