1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your order and return a product for any reason within 14 days of the date you, or a person you nominate, receive your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the item(s) in writing.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return under this Refund and Return Policy, please follow these simple steps:

- Please provide your Order ID and a brief reason for the return (e.g., “change of mind,” “item not as expected”).
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the address to which you should send your item. Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Please do not send items back to us without first obtaining a return authorization, as this may lead to delays in processing your refund.
3. Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted under our “change of mind” policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original, resalable condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or installation.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
- Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Customized or special-order products.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Our Refund and Return Policy also covers items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. It is important that you do not attempt to install or use an item you believe to be faulty. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs you incur. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault to help us process your claim quickly.
6. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
- If a refund is rejected, we will provide a clear explanation and discuss options for returning the item to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- For “change of mind” returns, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, PickPariz will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for standard postage costs.
8. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to have an item in a different size or color, the most efficient method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. The process for this is outlined within this Refund and Return Policy.
