Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, our goal is to make the return and refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns and refunds can be requested.

By purchasing from Pickpariz Auto Accessories, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. This can be your order confirmation email, invoice, or tracking number.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
  • Products that are marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@pickpariz.net or call us at (276) 251-8472 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

3. Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after we receive the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
  • Restocking Fee: Some items may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned product and the reason for the return.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. However, the best way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the desired product and return the original item according to our return process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@pickpariz.net or call us at (276) 251-8472. We will gladly:

  • Offer you a replacement item, if available.
  • Provide you with a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please provide clear images of the damage or defect and include your order number when reaching out to us. Damaged or defective items will be covered under our return policy, and return shipping will be provided at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. 7. Special Terms for Sales and Promotions

  • Discounted Items: Items purchased during promotions or sales events may be eligible for a return, but only for the price paid during the promotion. If a return is initiated after the promotion ends, the refund will be issued based on the regular price.
  • Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for a store credit or exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.

8. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our return policy once it arrives.

9. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, the return process remains the same; however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Pickpariz Auto Accessories.
