1. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. The available options will be presented at checkout, allowing you to choose the best method based on your needs and location.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Usually takes 2–3 business days for delivery within the United States. This option is available for an additional charge.
  • International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination country and customs processing. International shipping rates apply.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be informed of the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. In addition to the shipping charge, taxes and import duties may apply to international orders.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. The terms and conditions for free shipping will be communicated during the promotion period.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select. For standard shipping, delivery is generally within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping will typically take 2–3 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times for international orders depend on the destination country and selected shipping method. Delivery can take anywhere from 7–21 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause delays.

While we strive to meet these estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment. Tracking details will be available through the carrier’s website, allowing you to stay updated on your order’s journey.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is shipped.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • International Shipping Restrictions: Some countries may have shipping restrictions, including prohibited items or limitations on delivery. If your order cannot be shipped to your destination due to such restrictions, we will notify you and provide a full refund if applicable.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, whether it’s through a replacement or a refund. Please keep the damaged items and packaging for inspection, as the carrier may require evidence to process a claim.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are beyond our control. 10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address. Our system currently does not support sending multiple packages to different addresses in a single order.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays that are beyond our control. These factors include, but are not limited to:
